New press release:
The successfully finished Alexander von Humboldt research project by Marco Helbich demonstrates that the predictive accuracy of urban hedonic house price models can be significantly improved by means of airborne laser scanning. The research is available as open access publication in “Computers, Environment and Urban Systems”.
