The new semester has just begun, and therefore a further series of colloquium talks will start soon. We are pleased to announce an upcoming talk by Dr.-Ing. Eva Hauthal who will make the start. She is currently fellow of the Institute for Cartography at the Technical University of Dresden. In her talk she will introduce approaches for the geo-semantic extraction of emotions from metadata which is provided by volunteered georeferenced photos (e.g., Flickr and Panoramio):
