Projekt “TARDUR” startet: Open-Source-Routenplanung mit zeitabhängigen Beschränkungen
Zeitabhängige Sperrungen und Nutzungsbeschränkungen von Straßen werden bislang in keiner frei verfügbaren Software zur Routenplanung genutzt.
